The staff is so loving and attentive to my children. 3 of my children have attended this location over the past 5 years and my children have advanced progressively with the teachings and care at Kindercare! The children have good food and playtime. They are given good instruction and taught very good manners. We love the staff so much! They are family to us!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Galleria Parkway KinderCare from the infant room to the Pre-K class. Mr. Eric is truly attentive—he always takes the time to listen to any concerns or questions. The staff genuinely care about the children, and my child has always been treated with kindness and respect. I always felt confident that my child was safe and well looked after, no matter the circumstances. There was a time when some staff members needed to take time off due to personal circumstances. If I could give Galleria Parkway KinderCare 10, 20, 30+ stars, I absolutely would! We were a Galleria Parkway KinderCare family from Jan. 2022 - May 2025. Both of our children started when they were six months old (son started in Jan. 2022, daughter in March 2024). Our children were so well cared for, from the infant room to the preschool room. As a former teacher at KinderCare, I want to say—Galleria KinderCare teachers are AMAZING! And the director, Mr. Eric, does not play when it comes to your children’s greatness! I couldn’t be more grateful to still be a part of my KinderCare family. We love it here. I know my son is truly loved—he’s confident, well-mannered, and incredibly smart. We've been at KinderCare for years with two children. The teachers are incredible and the Center is run very well by Mr. Eric and Ms. Adalina. Today (Dec. 2024) was a standout example. We promised our daughter unicorn cupcakes for her birthday at school, but the grocery store messed up the order and she couldn't have them. When Mr. Eric found about this, he went to the store to purchase unicorn party items for our daughter so she wouldn't be disappointed.
