One of the nastiest customer service experiences I’ve had. I went in to sell gold and the older woman there acted irritated that I even walked through the door. She refused to give a proper offer, kept pressuring me to name my own price first, and then started making smug sarcastic comments when I did. Very nice people and very honest
I have been coming to Galleria for almost 20+ years now . Great selection .
Beware! They were supposed to make my gold ring bigger. I went there 2 times. They charged me $100 and the ring still too big on my finger. Today I picked up after the second time I complained and my favorite ring is completely ruined. It's all black, scratched, looks like 5 year old kid just beat it with the hummer. Doesn't look like they add gold to make it bigger, it looks like some kind of metal. I went to Zales to clean it.
