Looking for scaled down but nice replacement furniture. Tried all the rest, ENDED UP AT THE BEST. From unpressured greeting at the store (OKC), to delivery, everything and everyone at Galleria was pleasant, professional and forthright. Ashton was our completely capable, knowledgeable and personable sales person. He took us right to where we wanted, explained the furniture and never pressured us into the sale. I purchased furniture to complete two bedrooms on Oct 10, 2022. I was told that my order will be within two days. The delivery was Oct `12, 2022. However, only a fraction of my items was delivered. I called the store and was told that the other items were not available yet. They are on backorder... first I heard of this. Why wasn't this mentioned at the time of purchase? The items that were delivered did not match what I purchased so I went back to the store to speak with the saleswoman, and she said "This is the displ... read more

Shanna D. 01 One minute ago If I could give no stars I would. No accountability for employees. Customer service did nothing to rectify the problem or acknowledge any code of ethics including ommission of information in order to obtain a sale!
