We are new to the area and needed to replace cheap carpets in our new home. We found the Home Design Center nearby. Danny was very helpful in helping us find the right color. The installer Jose was the best! Very friendly, hard working, and kept the work area clean. Straight lines on our laminate floors. Luis installed carpets in the bedrooms. I had a poor reception, got the impression that they were mainly concerned with large projects, not just my 1 vanity/sink/faucet/handles. Danny was whom I needed to speak to always on my project. He never responded to texts or voice messages. He was never in. In fact, I found him to be rude. When he did respond, he wanted measurements. I thought they’d come out & measure for precision.
