This is a great dentist office. They take care of me and my boys and they are great!
From the point of entry Tracy was most welcoming immediately called me by my name. Although it was my first visit. Everything was explained in great detail before any work done. Customer service was a +++, and the dentist incredible, remarkable and his assistant as well. If you want 1st class treatment and care this is the place to go. I am advising everyone I know to go to Galleria Dental of Alexandria. Easy to find right off of Duke Street. Did I mention they were kind, caring and considerate!!!.
Dr. Wahab, Tracie, Melanie and Camila renewed my faith in dentists. If you've had bad scammy experiences in the past, don't loose hope, there are wonderful dentists out there who genuinely want to take care of you and your oral health. Honesty and transparency are very important to me when it comes to dental work, and this office delivered exactly that. I'd recommend Dr. Abdelwahab and his entire staff, from the office manager to the hygienists, because they are caring, professional, patient, and provide great service without causing you any pain . They go above and beyond to schedule appointments, answer questions regarding insurance coverage, and ensure that you are comfortable and pain free during procedures. The whole team is great.
