Not a big fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Keat and her staff always make it as pleasant an experience as possible. Very good dentist. Always on time. Recommended. (this is now out of date and she retired)
The doctor was nice, but the front desk receptionist was very rude and doesn't have the knowledge nor the patient for this role.
When i had my visit i was treated with patience and expertise by our fine dentist and her assistant
Dr. Keats is a wonderful dentist and if I were just reviewing her, this would definitely be a 5 star rating. The office staff is very nice as well but seems to struggle with simple things like having consistent phone service, phone manners, and voice mail. Sometimes I've called the office and heard annoying fax signals and other times the voice mail is impossible to understand and doesn't even state the business name.
