I had my first visit at this dentist office, and I can honestly say it was such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and professional. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me in detail and walked me through the entire process step by step. I was really nervous because I have not seen a dentist in over 30 years. The hygienist Tony was very thorough and made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything along the way. The office manager Tracie explained my insurance benefits and how to utilize them easily. Dr Wahab explained the areas of concern to where I can understand them and move forward with treatment. Galleria Dental is the best! The staff are always so welcoming and attentive—it’s the cleanest and friendliest dentist I’ve ever been to.
Customer service was outstanding as always. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m being well taken care of. Very friendly , I wouldn’t go to any other dentist but this place.
The service was excellent, and the dentist clearly explained issues I wasn’t aware of. The prices are very reasonable, making this my go-to dental office. I’ll be recommending them to others.
