My mother and I felt totally unwelcome. The seller did her job because she had to, but did it with no enthusiasm, or even care for her clients. It is a shame because I've been passing by this boutique and looking at their dresses since I was a little girl, in my head it was certain to be a very special experience... But oh, so disappointed by their service! In what comes to the dresses themselves, the more affordable ones look cheap and the others are ridiculously expensive. As the mother of the bride, I came to this shop expecting a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime experience for my daughter. Sadly, it was not. The dress selection was limited to small sample sizes, which made my daughter feel uncomfortable and offered minimal choice. Had booked an appt with a friend for our very first bridal dress try on. For your first appt you expect to be greeted with smiles, a glass of something to drink and excitement. We received the opposite. Our appt was at 4pm, we entered and immediately felt like a bother and the whole appt felt rushed.
