The builder will not stand by his work and his construction is poor quality. neither does he communicate with the owner Left several items not done I had to hire contractors after closing to complete some doors not hung, cabinet handles not put, baseboards missing, construction cleaning not done. Have had 4 leaks in last 1 yr already. One was the main water pipe few months after moving in and he refused to repair under warranty. This builder owes me over $175000 but refuses to pay back or respond to my messages /emails. the craftmanship of the house he built is very poor. several areas were left with no trim, doors left on the floor not hung etc. he refuses to finish the work. He also will not allow the owner to access the home.

Just want to respond to Jason's post about window bids and rating my builder with 1 star. It's unfortunate that you gave us multiple bids with windows missing and sizes off. I still wanted to use you and asked you to call my builder to get these issues addressed and you refused and now want to write a public review about it. That is totally unprofessional. You said you wanted to work directly with me. I truly appreciate you giving me a bid and taking time to build out a quote but don't feel me or my builder owe you the job. ... read more

Unprofessional builder who had me spend hours working on proposals for his client only to threaten his client into doing business with someone else for a higher price so that he’d get some kind of kick back. Never dealt with such an unprofessional builder in 12 years in my industry.
