Don't visit this store! I visited this store last month and was extremely disappointed. Staff was inexperienced and made no effort to answer my questions or help me. I had 2 of my bridesmaids with me and they were totally ignored when they asked to try on a few dresses. Suprised they are still in business with the lack of customer service.

New Ownership- Totally Different This shop was sold last year and the new owners have totally changed the business. Different look, different name, different way of dealing with customers. Almost shouldn't be considered the same business. I highly recommend trying it out- I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the difference.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I have never been so mortified at a business in my entire life. The Owner of this place is the rudest, sleaziest person I have ever met in my entire life. Not only did they sell the original dress that I purchased they then charged me an additional $500 before they would release the dress that I had already paid for. Didn't make things very easy We ordered our tuxes, bridal gown, and bridesmaid's gowns from this store. All the bridesmaids had trouble with the sizing. The dresses came in too small and they tried to blame the bridesmaids saying they said they were going to lose weight. After many alterations, dresses were wearable, but did not hang right. I don't recommend this bridal shop. They caused more stress at an already stressful time.
