Bad experience. I've tried getting service here. Tried contacting them multiple times mostly without a response. Sarah Brooks the senior relations manager reached out to me after my 5th attempt and promised to get back me about changing transmission fluid in my 2014 BMW Z4 manual transmission. She promised a follow through and I believe she had good intentions. But unfortunately again there was no follow through and they never respond to voice messages. I originally started with another broker outside of the dealership, and I almost backed out of buying this car. Peyton Falor reached out and answered all of my questions and was very helpful and professional. His knowledge and accessibility is the reason I returned. All of the employees at Galleria BMW are friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Do not buy a car from here! I was sold a faulty vehicle and when I called to complain and see what my options were no one ever called me back. I have called multiple times and am told someone will call me and then they never do. I had to get help from another BMW since this location is absolutely awful. Do yourself a favor and go to any other BMW except this one!
