My daughter is losing her house because of these people! And their incompetency! My daughter owns her own house, which I am not on the title, and despite the assurances of these people that "your daughter and her house will not be affected!" she is losing her house due to my bankruptcy! I have been trying to seek a resolution for dealing with my Federal and Private student loans since 2012 which is the year in which I graduated college with a Bachelors degree.
