Be prepared to spend a lot of time sitting and waiting. I showed up 10 minutes early and wasn't seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Then spent some time doing test I had already done a month ago for a routine eye exam elsewhere. Then sat and waited 45 minutes without ever being seen by a doctor. No one explained what was going on or why it was taking so long. The folks I did interacted were nice and pleasant but I won't be going back.
This was one of my more difficult reviews to make because I had high hopes for this establishment. I went in for an EVO ICL consultation some time ago and I met with Dr. Brett Z. He was very helpful and informative, but he ONLY performed my exam. My results were to be reviewed by Dr. Galler. From what I can tell, this never happened. I have been unable to find out if I’m a good candidate for the procedure, or if there are other options I can pursue because I haven’t received the results from my exam. Doctors and staff are all wonderful!
HORRIBLE …. Worst place … been waiting over a MONTH just to get results back… Everytime you call they have the same excuse every single time . Would not recommend !
Dr. Galler is the most caring, attentive, detail oriented doctor that I know. When I had my lasik surgery many years ago, I was a bit scared for the procedure but he was so reassuring and calming and it was over so quickly that when I was able to see perfectly right after the procedure I was overjoyed. 18 years later when I needed a touch up as my distance vision wasn't as strong as it had been, he figured out the best way to correct my vision and was completely accurate as to the level of discomfort that I would feel after ... read more
