Jose is very professional and thorough. He came and checked out my unit last summer and topped it off with coolant and thought it had a slow leak. He knew my warranty was running out soon so he kept mental note and called me up today to drop by and do a courtesy check. Now that is a company who cares and goes the extra mile! Gallegos came out and diagnosed the issue with out unit. We have one of the DYI Mr. COOL units. He helped me figure out what parts I needed to order. The Mr. Cool unit required me to do the ordering. He came back and installed the parts and filled the unit with refrigerant. He showed up!! ( We called multiple companies and he was the only one that showed up!)Then showed up on time!! A friend recommended Gallegos, and I am grateful they did. When my A/C stopped working, Jose responded promptly. I was unsure whether the issue was with the thermostat or something else. Jose thoroughly inspected the system and identified a factory defect that had caused the unit to lose freon. He also confirmed that my system was still under warranty.
