Gallegos came out and diagnosed the issue with out unit. We have one of the DYI Mr. COOL units. He helped me figure out what parts I needed to order. The Mr. Cool unit required me to do the ordering. He came back and installed the parts and filled the unit with refrigerant. He showed up!! ( We called multiple companies and he was the only one that showed up!)Then showed up on time!! A friend recommended Gallegos, and I am grateful they did. When my A/C stopped working, Jose responded promptly. I was unsure whether the issue was with the thermostat or something else. Jose thoroughly inspected the system and identified a factory defect that had caused the unit to lose freon. He also confirmed that my system was still under warranty.
