I engaged this renovation company as a homeowner, and their work quality was extremely poor. They consistently delayed the project, extending it by a whopping 4 months and 1 week, citing various excuses. In the last week before completion, they insisted I settle the remaining payment, expressing concerns that I might delay payment due to their project delays.
