Unfortunately, I am changing my 5 star review from last year(below) to 1 star. The doctors at GVH are wonderful. The office manager is not. Minutes after leaving with a standard prophylactic worm medication, I discovered online that it is available at Costco for $100 less than I had just paid at GVH. I called to ask if I could return it, and would have done so minutes later, but the office manager said once I walked out the door, she could not take it back. This is uncaring and unreasonable. I have nothing but the best to say about this business! We were referred here when we first moved and I am so grateful, so is Bentley. I have such faith in them and the care that they show to our fur son. Bentley can be a spicy little sausage sometimes and they are always smiling and so kind. We appreciate everything!
