We rented a house right next to campus for 3 years from Gallatin Valley Rental Group. The house was pretty nice for our college needs (all our friends would come to our house because it was the nicest/closest to campus even though it was obvious it was a pretty old/historic house) and the rental company was quick to fix any problems we had (broken lights/leaky faucet/door letting in cold air).
