We brought our 2020 Crosstrek for a 60,000 mile full service check. Gallatin failed to inspect the breaks and they were completely worn down and required replacement. We were forced to visit another dealer and have the breaks replaced. We tried over 3 months to contact Gallatin but no one returned our calls or emails. We are pursuing several avenues to ensure that Gallatin stands by their work. We suggest you find another dealer for your vehicle as they are unsafe and put lives at risk. Yesterday I bought my second Subaru Forrester from Gallatin Subaru. I dealt with Max Carr and he was great to work with. He was professional and personal. There was also no pressure placed upon me. I would not hesitate buying another vehicle from him.
I do not live in the Bozeman area but visit my Dad who lives here. I have a 2018 Subaru Outback. About a month ago my tire light came on while visiting here. I had just had sensors replaced in my hometown (not at a Subaru dealer) The service staff here checked my sensors and let me know there was an issue with one. When I returned home, I took my car into my people and they replaced the sensor with the issue but were unable to load serial numbers in and told me I needed to go toa Subaru dealer.
