This property is managed by Premier Management Group. $99 a month. My unit was filthy. I had to sweep and blow it out before i could use it. Their units flood. Half of their property holds water. My matress and things I had in boxes were ruined. I"d post pics if I could. They don't maintain the property. They would not refund my money after I renting for 1 month.
