An absolute clown. This attorney exclusively represents individuals accused of crimes and should be subject to scrutiny regarding malpractices. Despite not attending, nor representing one of his clients in court I was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). A guy we hired for a fence company cashed a check for $1700 and didn’t give us a fence and 7 months later we have no money. This “lawyer” backed him up and told us we would get sued for harassing this guy who owns the fence company for our money. If Dan is involved, stay far away. Also tried to get us to sign a document stating we weren’t allowed to post a negative review about his client. Yikes…
