Jared is the man. Every time I come in, he’s always very polite and knowledgeable about any issues or concerns I have. He’s the go to guy if you need your vehicle serviced at Gallatin Honda! The service department is a tad slow but they have a very comfortable waiting area to make up for it.
Took our 2020 Honda odyssey EXL in for the fuel filter recall they did it and we drove away. Well for months afterwards our gas mileage was terrible and we could smell gas for the longest time. Until one day we were in Home Depot parking lot and our van completely broke down with our newborn in the van. Had to pay 100 dollars for a tow back to Honda. Very frustrated. I have a 2006 Honda CRV that I’ve brought into this Service Center four times to have a water leak issue fixed. First time in 2023, then twice more in 2024, then again in 2025. First time in 2023 was a headliner replacement - $1300. Second/third time they said it was a pinched seal. This fourth time they said HondaBond would do it - $175. Big storm came in 4/2/2025. I recently bought a 2022 honda civic ex-l with 29,000 miles. I've recently had issues with my adaptive cruise control cutting off and not being able to set it at all. After one quick Google search I found out that it's a software issue and it needs to be updated to the latest version. It's a very known problem with the original software causing problems with the cameras. I called the dealership and they are charging me $160 to do a software update.
