They have put sprays (originals) together for funerals of loved ones that were absolutely spectacular. I wish I had photos, but I will next time! They’re great!

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this one gets me. My husband went in this store today to get flowers for his very sick grandmother. He has always preordered flowers by phone for a later day, therefore he was unaware that you couldn’t walk in a flower shop and just get a bouquet of flowers premade. I ordered an arrangement from here that was over $90. The arrangement was less than 12 inches tall. The flowers were already wilting and dying. It’s half the size of other arrangements I’ve purchased for a lesser price. I tried to call and see if they would make it right, but management was insistent that my arrangement was well over the value I paid. Buyer beware if you are purchasing from them.

I ordered an arrangement for my aunt the day after Valentine's Day. For starters the girl that took my order was slightly rude when I placed the order a r as if it was an inconvenience to her. Secondly I was told the arrangement was delivered. 3 weeks later my aunt hasn't received it still and I can't seem to get a refund or for anyone to answer the phone when I call.
