Everyone was AMAZING! Each person I came in contact with introduced themselves. Dr Eric was kind, gentle and explained everything to me before the procedure. He made sure my mouth was good and numb before starting. He kept me informed throughout and went over instructions after. I have never had a better experience than the one I had today with an office!
I have talked to someone on the phone 3 times from this office. All of the phone calls I feel like the person was rude. Also telling someone they have a large payment due 1 day before the work is going to be done is kind of inconsiderate. I was told by insurance they weren’t sure how much it would be until the claim went through. Just didn’t get a great feeling about this office so I ended up canceling.
Dr Eric and staff were AWESOME! NO pain other than a very little with the inject to numb me, but that was a 1 on a scale from one to ten. It was something painless while getting this root canal I literally was falling asleep! Plus they call me to get me in way earlier than my May 6th appointment these guys were great!
I've had 3-4 root canals and I can say that my experience at Gallatin Endodontics was unequivocally the BEST! The staff is very pleasant, efficient and professional. And Dr Eric Gallatin was fantastic! I've had some bad experiences so I was very tense when I went it but the staff put me at ease and Dr Eric numbed me up well with a topical anesthetic and I promise I didn't feel the sticks for the deeper anesthetics. I highly recommend Gallatin Endodontics!!
Recently needed a root canal. Was referred to Gallatin Endodontics. Dr. Gallatin and his whole staff are amazing. The actual root canal was seamless. Dr. Gallatin has a light hand and explained everything that he was doing as it was being done. I did not feel a thing. I had a little pain after the novocain wore off but nothing that some tylenol did not help. Would highly recommend this office....
