Zero Stars — Deeply Disappointed This rehabilitation facility has been one of the worst experiences ever. Please do not let your loved ones come here. The food is extremely unhealthy and greasy, and the staff shows a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic nursing knowledge. Their attitude is poor, and it’s clear that proper training and education are missing. I’m getting my mum out of here as soon as possible. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
I have been a resident of Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation & Healing on more than one occasion. Each time, I have been met with courteous and professional individuals. Upon admission to GCRH, I was promptly greeted by Mr. Emanuel Slappey, Concierge. His professional and enthusiastic approach to Patient Care and support is exemplary and has been a distinct an pleasant addition to the staff at GCRH.
I was directed to a link online for feedback: the page wouldn't accept my review, but was quick to offer me a gift card when I changed the rating to positive instead of disappointed, only to try to type what I wanted to say. Therefore, the reviews will be skewed to 100% positive through that avenue. I went to visit a resident here today. The staff and atmosphere was fine, and the visit was lovely, however the check-in process is lacking.
