We took a car in to get a new transmission. Randall communicated very well with us. He ordered the transmission and installed it. The car was back up and running quicker than we thought. Price was fair. Car works great again!
They said they’d fix my transmission, kept my car for two weeks, and then called me saying they wouldn’t do the job we agreed upon, unless I went with the much more expensive option. It’s pretty sorry to agree to a job, keep a car two weeks, and then tell me they won’t do the job. That’s a pretty terrible way to conduct business. If you can’t keep your word, you can’t keep the job. I would not recommend to anyone. These folks did nothing but inconvenience me and cause me to lose money by not having a vehicle.
