Just when I thought I was losing all faith in contractors, I was introduced to Sam Gallardo owner of Gallardo Landscaping. He was extremely professional and had the nicest crew of helpers who came to the job each day at the time promised and took pride in their work. Sam was easily available on his cell. No phone tag. He and his crew demolished a thirty year old driveway which was being raised by nearby tree roots and was unsightly and a safety hazard. Easy to work with, reasonable on price, even did some work for free when through no fault of theirs our fire pit was defective. Yes, occasionally they would say they were coming and then not, but what contractor doesn't do this? Highly recommend

Buyer beware. Hired this team and had to watch over them every step of the way. Lots of redoing. When anything was added much more expensive than original quotes. Would leave for days at a time while they tended to other work. Tip of the iceberg was when they never came back to finish the job. Promise after promise to return and never did. And did not honor their warranty on what they did complete. Recently told me if I paid them more money they would come back and finish. I have had to hire an attorney.
