Luis is great. Very friendly and responsive. He personally assessed storm damage to our power line weather head, straps, and meter install, and had his team make repairs immediately to ensure Con Ed could reconnect power as soon as they were ready. He also fixed a problem with back up generator and upgraded our panel's grounding to current standards in National Electric code. I highly recommend him.
