This Uhaul location was super easy to drop off at. The owners were super helpful and directed me back into my spot. The location is easy to find. They work very short hours, mostly morning, so be prepared to phone first to find a time to drop off.
1. They’re a bit dishonest about mileage (was only 1 mile so could be honest mistake) 2. According to the owner you have to come in the next day/same week or else they can’t pay you what they literally OWE you (if you paid with cash). I had to spend multiple days contacting u haul headquarters to get the money they owed me back. Absolutely ridiculous and a massive headache. Great customer service from Gallagher’s. Everything went smoothly and was exactly as expected. Must be one of the best U-Haul franchises going.
