Checked air conditioner and everything working fine. I thought it had a leak and he explained how things worked. Very pleasant and reassuring me it was working the way it should.
Problem not solved yet and no communication until I call them. Said 2 days 4 new pump but now it’s maybe 2weeks. Didn’t have any problems until the agent serviced my system earlier. Follow up. Finally a/c fixed. Took several calls but Gallagher made the effort to show up and deliver. Thank you!
This company has been nothing but trouble since we got started with them. They've flaked on appointments we've set, lied to my family on multiple occasions about our AC unit and any plumbing issues we've hired them for, and have referred us to multiple companies who have done really horrible jobs such as referring us to a loan company that has horrible customer service and has continued to need up on our loans, Gallaghers has also referred us to a roofing company that not only left equipment and trash all over our yard, some... read more
Story time Part 2 Lady’s And Gents I called Gallaghers last week because my ac wasn’t turning on they couldn’t get anyone out until Tuesday I was fine with that it was some cooler days.
