Thank you, Gene for saving the day! Gene went over the top to get a new part for our broken heater on a cold, rainy day. His service was efficient and friendly with an excellent result. The price was right in line with what I expected to pay. The whole experience from initial phone call to finished repair was impeccable and completely hassle free. Quick turnaround time on estimate and installation of new A/C. Lead tech was very thorough and explained installation process as it progressed. Crew was very professional. Assisted with downloading app and explaining how to use controls. Would definitely recommend Gallagher's for A/C and heating.
Gallagher's lied and said I had a cracked heat exchanger on my furnace so we'd have to buy an entire new furnace (they quoted $9-$24k to replace). And tried to pressure me into a deal. Come to find out there is no crack. I'm angry!
