horribly overcharged Horribly overcharged towing! Charged us $300 to tow our vehicle 6 miles! Charged for minimum 2hrs @ $150/hr. That's double anyone else when I called around after. Definitely got taken advantage of.
I have had my car towed more than once in my life sadly and I can say this is the best experience I have ever had. The driver was very prompt in getting to me, loading my vehicle and even had drinks available to help in the hot heat! I wish I could call them no matter where I am for future tows!
Gallagher's garage damaged my vechile and didn't fix it they were extremely rude when they towed me on the Thruway and I would not trust them with your vechile . The owner Carmel was very nasty and refused to fix the damage they caused from improperly towing my truck.
Don't ever bring your vehicle to this business. They are a bunch of crooks that own it. Will lie to you to get your business. They replaced a fuel pump and less than 6 months later the fuel pump went and they refused to do anything about it. Several phone calls were made to them and none were returned. Avoid this business at all costs. Several bad reviews have been posted about this business.

Mr. ***** was responded to, and was put in contact with the parts store that we purchased the part, and from whom the PART MANUFACTURERS warranty is honored. Mr. Place was not able to produce the defective part, and the store manager offered him a goodwill one-time payment of $250, which he declined. Yesterday Mr Place took us to small claims court in the Town of Catskill. Not only was his claim an issue for the part manufacturer, not the installer, but the manufacturers warranty on the part is 12 months 12,000 miles, and he... read more
Robert is a gem. I've been getting a ton of bad service everywhere from other places, but he was awesome. Very nice young man. I hope you'll keep him.

Notably good service experience fast and reliable mechanics...they have a indepth knowledge of automobile and heavy truck repaires also noted was the ability to repair anything at that shop
