Wish I could give this experience a Zero!! It has been THE WORST dealing with Louise Kress, who is partially retired, but needs to be fully retired because of the lack of attention she had with a small marker for my father. I always had to reach out to her, said she would let me know when the marker would be set, then set the marker on her own, and I just found out 2 WEEKS after the fact that it had been done, because of a receipt that we received.
