Unorganized, unprofessional, and very slow, we would not use her again. She seemed very preoccupied with other cases and events happening.
Never have I been treated so rude by a so called professional. I called nancy to ask her some questions on my case and during this time was treated very rudely. I have no idea why you would treat a potential client like that I've spoke with clients and friends and they have had the same experience as I did
Nancy is an amazingly gifted lawyer. She fights for her clients and she is extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I had been fighting for custody of my three step-children for four years. I chose Ms. Gallagher for my mothers legal matters. Upon meeting her AFTER she missed her 1st appointment, she was very personable. Spoke of her extensive ties to the community and former Mayor of Alma, we felt assured that she would do this one task for us in an expeditious manner. Not quite. Dose not follow dierections you pay up front and Mrs Gallagher is suppose to do paper work . dose not do paper work till last minute . dose not return phone calls . does not fight for you with the freind of court . gets case handed to Mrs Gallagher case not that hard but still took for ever . please becareful with this lawyer take your time look at all lawyers in the county Bill Goggin is the best in the county.
