Craig Gerard has worked to reslove our property issues, whether it would be a Trust or Lady Bird Deed. We had to wade through a lot of information to decide which was best for our needs and he patiently waited for our decision before finalizing our documents.
Started to move our property into a Trust in 2025. Gallagher created Trust, we paid 95% of bill, and asked to wait because we were looking at a different home to buy. Back to moving forward with the Trust in 2026, we called and emailed but no response. Has he died or just indifferent now that he has received most of the funds?
