First off, I just want to say I went here for depression. I am quite sane and I suggest you read this warning. This place was horrifying. Not only were their violent outbreaks among the patients, there was not enough staff to control any of these people. I was constantly afraid. The way the staff treated the patients was appalling. In fact, there was an elderly patient who had memory problems and they locked him in a room. He didn't know what was going on. People were not cared for properly. If you love your family do them the favor, NEVER TAKE THEM THERE TO WBI! My mother was released from there 12hrs layer to a friend at 6am, I kept trying to call her doctor there, no answer, MY MOTHER TOOK HER LIFE AFTER LEAVING THERE!! This place should be shut down..... SAVE YOUR LOVED ONES, TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! I had to post star for this to be posted.. I rate this place as WOEST PLACE EVER!!

I was there about 6 yrs. ago, and not good experience either, but right now I am looking for a place for a friend of mine other than WBI in Casper- she need's inpatient help ASAP.... Don't wanna rate it, but guess you have too... TIA!!

10 years ago I went to these people in desperation for an extremely abusive situation at home. I was treated like I was the one with the problem and put in involuntarily for 10 days. Absolutely ruined my life and destroyed my trust in people, and made my situation at home 50 times worse. I went to these people for help with a horrible situation and was treated like crap. I wish I had sued. Since then, the truth has come out about my situation, but too late. Absolutely destroyed me.

My first stay at WBI in Casper was in 2007. At that time I found it to be a very good experience. The doctors, therapists and staff were very caring and genuinely concerned about my welfare and recovery. I recently spent 2 weeks there and I am sorry to say that this time the experience was entirely different. I went there because I wasn't sure if the depression was causing the pain in my body or if the pain was causing the depression. Most of the staff was arrogant and rude to the point of being uncaring. This is the worst place ever,they say they are there to help,Wat a blantant lie.They only want to dope people up so they don't have to deal with them.They made my child worse.If it hadn't been for they're incompetence and lack of compassion,my child mite be home now,instead she is in another institute.Thank GOD it is a good place and she is well taken care of there.I would not send my worst enemy to WBI.If things happened at home that happened there I would be in jail for abuse and neglect.If any of u out there think somethi... read more

dont trust them.my sister went there for help and they made things up, made her sound to be worse then what she is.they lie to you,and send you to state. dont trust this place.ask others that have family members there, they will say the same
