This company ruined my life financially. They were known as Gallagher Bassett at that time, and were the company my employer hired when I had a workers’ compensation claim. During that entire process, it was incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone at this company. The way I was treated made me feel like less than a person. I would advise anyone dealing with this company to record phone calls, keep every shred of notes you take, and LAWYER UP. This company discredits injured workers.
