Great and high level proffesional insurance services!
Be aware. They said they cancelled the policy as of May 1, 2023. However the collection agency called me multiple times to collect money I do not owe. The collection agency said my policy had not been cancelled, and I owe $226. I have a confirmation email from Victoria stating my policy was cancelled as of May 1, 2023. I contacted this agency many times, but they are hard to get hold of on the phone. I emailed and asked them to resolve this issue many times, but I still received harassment calls from the collection agency wh... read more
been trying to get someone on phone for a month to add a car to my policy. Needless to say, I stopped all future payments today and found a new company to work with. Horrible service.
