I have a policy with them that apparently needs renewal, and they're impossible to get a hold of . I've been trying over 3 weeks and I get a response saying I need to fill out a form that is clearly made for an insurance professional and not the end user. I'm unable to complete it and I've been asking for help and nothing. Probably a sign to move on. If they're not interested in taking in money, I can't imagine what a claim from them would look like. Be aware. They said they cancelled the policy as of May 1, 2023. However the collection agency called me multiple times to collect money I do not owe. The collection agency said my policy had not been cancelled, and I owe $226. I have a confirmation email from Victoria stating my policy was cancelled as of May 1, 2023. I contacted this agency many times, but they are hard to get hold of on the phone. been trying to get someone on phone for a month to add a car to my policy. Needless to say, I stopped all future payments today and found a new company to work with. Horrible service.
