Terrible unethical builder! Inquire of Palos Township Highway Commissioner Gene Adams for detailed information on Gallagher and Henry. At one commission meeting he openly stated that Gallagher and Henry ran an "illegal homeowners' association" at their Suffield Woods development. It was quite concerning when shortly after this statement homeowners' association fees were no longer collected from residents. I would keep driving to the next development and just bypass any Gallagher and Henry development.
