Our experience from end to end was perfect. Hanah, the Funeral Director was helpful during the entire process keeping us informed via texts and emails - her assistant was great as well. I had to set up the Visitation Room by myself, so having Kathy there to help me position photos, icons and flowers was invaluable - the room was warm and inviting.
