Zack Everitt was rude and demeaning to me. I called to discuss a bill. In the course of our conversation he referred to me as “little girl” and “fu***** dumb”. A lawyer from his firm told me my bill was paid. It was to come out of my settlement. This was over a year ago. I am still getting multiple bills.
