I had a great experience with Tim and his team. they were professional, honest and took the time to explain the issue with my truck 18 wheeler clearly.the repair was done quickly and at a fair price. The owner/mechanic Tim was very knowledgeable. The office help Nathan was something else. We broke down on 3/31/25. Our compressor went out, and we were under a load. I called Premier they said they could not get to us for 2 days. They suggested Gallagher. I called Gallagher and Tim came out. He had to run back to the shop and get a few things before he could do the work. We spoke to Nathan while we were waiting for him to return I asked if they did 3rd party warranty with NTP.
