The owner/mechanic Tim was very knowledgeable. The office help Nathan was something else. We broke down on 3/31/25. Our compressor went out, and we were under a load. I called Premier they said they could not get to us for 2 days. They suggested Gallagher. I called Gallagher and Tim came out. He had to run back to the shop and get a few things before he could do the work. We spoke to Nathan while we were waiting for him to return I asked if they did 3rd party warranty with NTP. Amazing group of guys
I have used Tim and his crew for multiple repairs and service needs and can not say enough about this team. They go above and beyond to ensure the job is complete correctly instead of just chasing parts. They stay in constant communication with you, so you know what stage your repair is in. Their knowledge is incredible.
Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing very kind he will get you in and out in a timely fashion manner whenever I needed him he’s always been there. I would recommend him to anyone.
