If I could give negative stars, I would. I was constantly belittled as an employee by shift lead in shipping. Called in & Moore thought it was appropriate to google my kids daycare call & see if my kid was present. Daycare called me right away and told me about the harassment. Quickly I Made police report & had the company blocked. & quit asap.
Poor communication skills overall. Have a funny way of letting people go. Poor managment and mangament skills. Just dangle the carrot in front of you just enough so you won't quit but won't give a raise for whatever rhyme or reason they come up with. Would rather waste money on machines that they can't even use before other work needs to be done then to give raises to their workers who spent years breaking their backs for them. Favoritism was VERY noticeable all around.
