All around a very brutal experience. We have been with Gallagher for several years and experienced excellent service, this past 2 years has been questionable, resulting in a completely botched renewal. While we always understand challenges with this degree of administration complexity, it was not just the lack of communication and expert advise around startup scheduling but actually the complete lack of accountability by their team that put us over the edge. Great store. Owners daughter was very helpful and polite will definitely be back.
Terrible service. My AE on retirement could not describe simple financial concepts during a recent annual review. The rep on benefits is better but not what we deserve for what our plan members pay in premium. We are shopping around.
Would never refer anyone.
