In court, Gallagher Bassett presented false claims regarding my incident report, asserting they did not possess it. Initially, they inaccurately stated that I failed to contact them to provide the report, despite never being informed to do so. Subsequently, they falsely alleged that my employer stated the report did not exist, which is untrue.
The training courses are unnecessary and yet mandated by my company. There is no change or improvement in mission readiness or capability. The need to force people to participate in these to lower costs is myopic and futule.

Awful personnel and unwilling to explain anything. Victor with branch 161 in PA won’t communicate anything and most definitely won’t explain. Avoid this company
