FedEx apparently uses them to handle damage claims for their FedEx Express subsidiary, but my issue was with FedEx Ground and FedEx misrouted it to these folks. Instead of communicating with FedEx about the error - which would be more efficient, they closed the ticket, requiring me to start the process over.
This company handles workman's comp for my company. Back in January I fell on the ice and broke my leg. It took 5 weeks before I got a check. On to now back to work light duty and they're supposed to make up the difference in pay and its like pulling teeth to get paid. Can't ever get ahold of a person. Zero response to emails.

This company is by far the worst for communicating. I email and i call and i even go thru the customer service to get a call back and i dont get a call back. So bad i am forced to get a lawyer. I suggest corporations and other business owners do not pay this company it is a complete waste and they are all about leaving the employer without their employees. No hurry to get someone back to work at all. I am now going on day 10 of getting no information answered or even a response from case management. Terrible company.
I mean I think the reviews tell all. Maybe there should be some type of group lawsuit against this company if possible. Still waiting 3 months later to be paid out. They have zero respectable qualities and no values. They will only use email as to document everything being said to cover their 6’s. Excuses are made for everything more time is needed due to Their Policy. They have no humanity at all. Not one is man enough to actually speak to you.
