I opened a claim and was assigned the adjuster Atseda Sotomey who completely ghosted me. I sent multiple emails and made several calls with no response. Customer service escalated my case and promised the adjuster would reply within 48 hours. Nobody there to answer the phone. I’m waiting two months to hear back from them after an auto accident extremely unprofessional. I don’t understand how these people are legally in business in the state of New Jersey.
This company is horrible, there's no communication between the people who is handling the case, sending me to different companies 😕 they stop your payments whenever they feel like it and also not telling you what's going on. This Jen person keep ignoring my calls and email. Worst company ever
They never answer the phone. I have Kate Dunbar as the adjuster. Phone goes straight to voicemail and she barely responds. I’ve been keeping tabs and trying communicating with them daily incase I have to force their hand with a lawsuit. If you are not getting a response. Collect all the data and go to the lawyer and force them to respond.
Like most of the reviews I too wish that I could give ZERO stars. I was injured at work and have been passed off to three adjusters already. I have seen doctors and specialist who have excused me from work however I have not spoken to anyone about my Workmen’s Compensation in about two weeks. I have called and left countless of emails but no one has contacted me back. This is disgusting and no one should be experience being ghosted by an insurance company.
