Is it possible to give zero stars? My company changed accounts for workman’s comp cases to Gallagher Bassett. It’s been a month and no contact with my “new adjuster” Amber Lawton. I have called her, my physicians office has called her and my physical therapy has called her…… The only thing we are hearing is crickets Imma nurse, if I provided my patients with this type of care and attention, they would all be dead
Scam artists. I am a physician and Gallagher Bassett sent two patients. The first, saw for a new visit and one follow up, both denied payment because “no authorization”. Seriously?! You sent the patient! The second, seen several times with their approval, got better and even returned to work. They refused to pay for almost all of his care, despite a lot of paperwork and back and forth saying they would.
