They have caused so much pain in our lives. My husband will never be the same from a severe fall at work and a brain injury. They wouldn’t even pay the hospital bills and took second hand information from a manager who wasn’t even there during the accident! On 11/22/24, a FedEx driver hit my parked car. From the beginning it was a rollercoaster on what insurance company would be responsible for the accident. First, I was directed to Atlantic Specialty Insurance Co., they said they weren't it. Then, I was directed to Arc Claims, they said they weren't it. Customer Service struggled throughout claims process which is still ongoing. Correspondence began in June of 2024, phone calls same month. Document everything. Passed from one person to another. Escalated to supervisor, and continue to not be resolved.
Mrs. Crystal Cox was the best Claims Adjustor I had ever dealt with when I had an accident at work she was so kind and patient and she answered all my questions to the best of her ability.
I was optimistic for quite a while and truly believed I would receive a settlement check (not a large amount). My feeling now is that GB and their WC defense attorney have no obligation under Oklahoma WC law to follow through on their settlement offer. Stall, promise, stall some more is the name of the game.
