Gallagher constantly works against you getting your needs met. I was injured at work and was assigned physical therapy. I was only able to get two sessions in with my physical therapist before my adjuster, Caylee Hunt went silent. She will not answer ANY calls or emails from both my physical therapist's office as well as me. Because of this, I cannot get the treatment I need. The team was good in communication and always responded quickly, which I appreciate. However, I find it very unfair that they refused to cover tollway fees I was charged while using a rental vehicle for work purposes. My job requires constant highway driving, and it doesn’t seem reasonable to expect me to avoid tolls — what am I supposed to do, drive back roads instead of highways? The lack of coverage for something so directly tied to the rental feels frustrating and disappointing
