I found myself in a situation where I suddenly needed new auto insurance. Brian, my advisor, was able to find me insurance with the same coverage that I previously had, for a lower cost and set it up for me right away so that I could drive again the same day I initially contacted Gallagher. He answered my questions and was easy to work with and very personable.
They are very hard to deal with. They talk like lawyers and don't want to help you. They have pictures of the problem but say they are blurry. They need new pictures, even though they have good pictures at there finger tips. Waste Management uses them to block all property damages by there trucks.
