The team was good in communication and always responded quickly, which I appreciate. However, I find it very unfair that they refused to cover tollway fees I was charged while using a rental vehicle for work purposes. My job requires constant highway driving, and it doesn’t seem reasonable to expect me to avoid tolls — what am I supposed to do, drive back roads instead of highways? Sells insurance coverage for companies that are almost criminally negligent with covering damages done by drivers they cover. On, May 22nd, I was struck by a driver for Bob Loquercio Auto group in Streamwood, IL, after they crossed my lane to make an illegal right hand turn from the middle lane.
