If I could give a 0 I would. I fracture my foot at work and I have a pregnant wife. I’ve been out of work for a month and I have yet to receive any money compensation. They really don’t give a shit about the small people. They literally waited for the last minute to issue my check and even after that they send my check through the mail a day before the holiday. I don’t understand how people continue to give them their business
If you have a workman's comp claim and the employer uses Gallagher&Bassett, GET AN ATTORNEY!
WORST INSURANCE IN TRUCKING INDUSTRY EVER SEE!!! They refuse to pay for semi truck damage and I have been waiting 7months and no payment!!! I almost get out of business because of this totally not profesional and low budged company!!!!! Stay away all truckers!!!!
