They provide insurance services to the WM company. I posted this on the WM page, but it's actually the insurance company policy so I had to post here as well. A waste management truck rolled through and obliterated about 15' of my fence and a broke the gate. No one contacted me about it. I tracked down the insurance company WM uses and provided an estimate to them. They depreciated my fence and gave me $200 less than the estimate. "Terrible experience with claim 010893-068299-AD-01. They delayed the process for over 90 days with zero communication, only to issue a baseless denial that contradicts the official Police Report. I was hit while my vehicle was stationary. This is a clear case of bad faith and unfair claims practices. A formal complaint has been filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance. Avoid this company at all costs!"
TRASH!!! Straight Garbage company with HORRIBLE customer service and sense of urgency. 3 Weeks of multiple emails and phone calls to get anyone to respond/ answer a question. If you go with this company…. GOOD LUCK. You’re better off chucking a message in a bottle out to sea…. Probably get a response sooner… Brandy Buckley and her supervisor Bridget Goudeau need training or to be let go. Gallagher = HOT GARBAGE!!!!!!
