Gall staff are always very helpful and happy to see you. They have a wonderful variety machines and accessories to meet all your sewing needs. They back up their machines with great service and expertise. If it isn’t in the store they will get it for you. I’d highly recommend them.

These people are horrible. It would take hours to tell the bad experiences my friend and I have had there as customers. I don't know where to tell you to go for sewing needs but for vacs go to "a sweeper shop" also in frandor!! Rude and dishonest people!!
They were very nice to me after a bad experience with another sewing shop and I'm extremely thankful to have found them and be treated so nicely AND was told they will put a rush on my order. What would normally take a week, will take a day, which is important because I rely on my sewing machine for my small business. Their prices are awesome, too. I love this canister vaccume. I think one of the things I like the most is being able to control the suction. With the turn of a dial I can lower the suction and vaccume my throw rugs, then back to turbo suction to vaccume my hardwood floors (with a small brush that pops out with a foot button) Do another filp and it is ready to takcle carpet.
