Melinda Miller Henderson Yes, it is a state law, but it’s their discretion and Lambert should’ve took one look at him and knew it was time for him to be put down, but she was looking for the $$! She had no compassionate bone in her body for Toby! I believe Dr. Parr would have went ahead with the procedure! I absolutely am switching vets because they have no idea what they put us through! And put Toby through!
I’d leave a negative no star if I could. Toby was to be euthanized 9/29/25 11:20 am. Because he accidently bit my sister the day before while she was giving him a tiny piece of hamburger, I was told it’s state law he’d be put down then sent for a brain specimen to rule out rabies (they failed to tell me that consists of cutting off his head!).
