Slumlord owned and operated. Refused to fix my electrical or heat when it compmetely went out during the dead of winter when I have a small child, after asking them to fix and rewire it for years, illegaly issued us a 90 day notice to vacate in direct response instead, after I forked out every dime I could for 6yrs with the company for rent, they couldn't return a single bit of that investment and even provide us with a generator or repairs. I call very often to check for listings and I have spoken with Jenny almost every single time and she is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is top tier. She always answers any questions I have, no matter how many lol and if she cannot answer my question she does her best to find someone who can. One of the best local Lenders for “hard money” loans and quick loans. Very understanding and always fast to respond with an approval. Highly recommend!
